Scope of Service
GeoSerra provides GEO, SEO, performance and AI visibility analysis reports for websites. Reports and recommendations are for informational purposes; implementation decisions rest entirely with the user.
Free Analysis Limit
The free analysis feature can be used once per domain. When the system detects abuse (e.g. multiple domain trials, bot traffic), it may reject new free analysis requests.
Payment & Refunds
Paid reports are processed after payment confirmation. Due to the digital nature of the service, refund requests after report generation are evaluated case by case. Full refunds are provided for issues caused by technical failures.
Disclaimer
GeoSerra reports contain recommendations and prioritization. Third-party platform algorithms (Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) may change over time. GeoSerra does not guarantee results on those platforms.
Account Security
Users are responsible for the security of their own account. GeoSerra is not liable for damages resulting from sharing your password with third parties.
Changes
GeoSerra may update these terms without prior notice. Current terms are published on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
